All objects are described and photographed as accurately as possible, however due to the handmade nature of our work, variations in size, tone, and natural patterning may occur.

Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may change without notice.

Delivery

Please ensure that all delivery details entered at checkout are correct. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Shipping charges will apply to any orders that need to be re-sent due to incorrect details.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be available to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, re-delivery charges will apply.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Jessica Laureano reserves the right to withhold delivery to any location at our discretion.

Damaged Goods

We take great care in packaging our pieces safely and securely. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and visit your local post office to lodge a damage report. Please include photographs of the parcel and packaging so we can assist you.

Returns Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our work, exchanges or returns for change of mind are not accepted, including on pre-orders. Please shop mindfully.
